Jack Vettriano paints a portrait Zara Phillips for Sport Relief 2008
The painting featured here is a portrait of Zara Phillips, which Vettriano painted as part of Sport Relief 2008.
Vettriano was one of four artists invited to paint a portrait of a famous sporting star and the process was captured for a two-part documentary that was broadcast by the BBC in March 2008.

Entitled 'Olympia', the painting is to be sold, along with works by Peter Blake, Gerald Scarfe, Rankin and Stella Vine, at a charity fund-raising auction to be held at Bonhams on Wednesday 22nd October as part of their 'Vision 21 Day Sale'. The proceeds from the auction will go to Sport Relief, an initiative of Comic Relief, a charity registered in England, No. 326568
